    Day 39 Hello again Paul and Goode bye again

    Filed under: UK Trip 2017;

    Today another dream came true for Thomas. Aftet  a rather long tube journey we arrived at Southfields and found our way to the Seido London dojo!

    The community there were so welcoming and we were all so proud of Thomas as he took his place amongst the other advance brown belts. The entire class lined up and introduced themselves to Thomas. After nearly six weeks of no training it must have been hard work but he gave it his all.

    After the class everyone  grasiously posed for group photos. Now Thomas is thinking our next holiday  with Jan could consist of an around New Zealand tour taking in all the dojos here.

    After our goodbyes we jumped back on the tube and met Paul in Covent garden for our final farewell. How lucky was I to spend the afternoon with my four favourite men. So lovely to see Thomas interacting with both his uncles at the same time and finally it’s happened not once but twice on our trip . Thank your Paul for coming back up to London to spend more time with us and boy did we pack a lot into our final afternoon. Starting with Covent garden for the best pies and roasted tatoes at the Battersea pie company, then Leicester square for one last trip to the Legostore.

    back to Fortnum and Mason for afternoon tea and the biggest knickerbocker glory !

    Then the National  Gallery which was so crowded as everyone was  trying to dodge the rain.

    Of course there was also time for sillyness amongst the classics and master pieces. These four are one of a kind originals!

    and then one final trip to China town for dinner.

    Followed by a walk to Foyles book shop for one  last coffee and goodbyes which are never easy… I tried so hard but indeed there were tears but looking through all these wonderful photos and seeing all the wonderful memories we have created makes me smile from ear to ear.

    Goodebye Paul see you soon.
